INTRODUCTION

Insha-Allah this site aims to help single brothers and sisters within the community explore one of many avenues in finding their potential spouse, whilst maintaining the harmony of the family structure. This service is free, confidential and all care has been taken in order to maintain strict conformity to Islamic rules and guidelines.

Unfortunately it has become very difficult for practicing brothers and sisters who segregate most of the time to find a suitable spouse, so the topic of marriage has become a complicated and overwhelming one. It is equally difficult for one to find that “perfect” spouse when the wants and wishes of the parents are also factored into the equation. Lack of assistance from the community can be frustrating, so as an Islamic centre working for the needs of Muslims, we believe it to be our duty to help fulfill this social need of marriage.

Alhumdulillah prior to making our program available online, we have had a few marital success stories between the applicants who have joined our database. This is a great achievement by the Will of Allah and solid evidence that the program is successful.

We understand marriage to be a beautiful union between two people and an avenue for great reward and flourishing of the Muslim Community. We also understand that no two people can be wed if it were not for the Will and Guidance of Allah, and we ask Allah to bless our efforts and all marriages as a result of this program.

Let us not forget the words of Allah and the words of His Messenger (peace be upon him) when it comes to the importance and sanctity of marriage;

Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, “When a man marries, he has fulfilled half of his religion, so let him fear Allah regarding the remaining half.” (Hadith)

He (peace be upon him) also said, “The whole world is an asset and the best asset is a good wife.” (Muslim)

Allah mentions in the Qur’an the supplication of one who is righteous in wanting good for his family:
"“Our Lord, grant us from among our wives and offspring comfort to our eyes and make us an example of the righteous.”Qur’an 25:74

My dear brothers and sisters, remain steadfast upon your religion and fulfill that which is a right upon you and upon the community.
